Whale Agency is an independent digital agency founded by two makers: a designer and entrepreneur in Berlin, and a software engineer in Beirut.
Our Story
Who is behind Whale Agency.
Whale Agency is a full-service digital agency with roots in Berlin and Beirut. We design and build digital presences for businesses that want more than an off-the-shelf website — web design, UI/UX, development, branding and performance marketing, in three languages: German, English and Arabic.
The agency is founded and led by Issa Shaker (Co-Founder & CEO) — responsible for web design, UI/UX and the strategic direction of every project. At Whale Agency there are no junior teams and no hand-offs: the person who sells your project is the one who builds it.
At his side: our co-founder and software engineer in Beirut — covering the technical depth: custom development, systems, integrations. Design and engineering under one roof, without agency middle layers.
We work with a modern, AI-augmented workflow — not as a buzzword, but as the reason we can deliver faster and more cost-effectively than traditional agencies with big teams and long feedback loops.
